Individual Personal Training
Individual personal training sessions are one-on-one sessions between you and your personal trainer. These 60-minute sessions include a workout tailored to your abilities and goals, as well as discussions about sleep, stress management, and nutrition as they relate to your long-term health and fitness goals. These sessions are offered as individual sessions and as monthly membership packages.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching is offered in a 60-minute session either virtually or in-person. It includes in-depth education and a discussion between you and your Nutrition Coach about your current nutrition and how it relates to your health and fitness goals. You will work with your coach during the session to learn more about nutrition and develop action plans to help you develop sustainable changes to your daily nutrition to meet your goals.
Buddy Personal Training
Buddy personal training includes the same aspects of individual training, but in a session that is with you, a friend, and your personal trainer. These 60-minute sessions include a workout tailored to both of your abilities and goals, as well as discussions about sleep, stress management, and nutrition as they relate to your long-term health and fitness goals. These sessions are offered as individual sessions and as monthly membership packages.
Hybrid Personal Training
Hybrid training is individualized programming and workouts for you to complete independently at Longevity Lancaster on your own schedule. It is offered through an app called QuickCoach. You will meet with your personal trainer for a consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals and complete movement assessments. Monthly check-ins are offered to adjust and direct the programming as necessary.
Small Group Classes
Experience the benefits of small group training classes at Longevity Lancaster. Our intimate sessions provide personalized attention while fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Led by expert trainers, these classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, ensuring each participant receives guidance and motivation tailored to their individual goals.
