Small Group Personal Training with Karsten

A small group fitness class that combines athletic skills coaching, strength training, and high-intensity workouts to improve fitness in an encouraging environment. Weight lifting, bodyweight movements, and cardio modalities are combined in this 60-minute class to leave you feeling good and build functional fitness. The program is accessible to all fitness levels, adaptable to your personal capabilities, and focused on improving resilience inside and outside the gym.
